Client Reviews

What homeowners have shared

NF

Nurul Farhana

Bangsar South, KL

"What I appreciated most was that they kept asking questions rather than assuming. The final space genuinely reflects how we live — not what looked good in a presentation."

"The 3D renders made all the difference — I could actually picture the space and make confident decisions. The renovation went to plan, which honestly surprised me given past experiences."

Amirah Hassan

Damansara Heights, KL

"The briefing session alone was worth it. We weren't ready to commit to a full project, but the written observations gave us so much clarity about what our space actually needed."

Sri Hartamas, KL

"Nadia's team managed our contractor well — something I was genuinely anxious about. Having someone on-site who understood the design intent was the reason it turned out as it did."

Cheras, KL

"The design felt cohesive in a way that's hard to describe. Every room connects. The lighting choices especially — I didn't realise how much that would matter until I saw it done well."

"Good communication throughout and a design that considered our lifestyle rather than what was trendy. One small timeline delay, but we were kept informed and it didn't affect the outcome."

Case Studies

Three projects, from brief to completion

Challenge

A 1,400 sq ft condominium in Bangsar South with a dark, fragmented floor plan. The owners, both working professionals with young children, needed the space to function for family life and occasional work-from-home — without feeling clinical.

Approach

We opened up the kitchen-living transition, specified warm oak tones and muted textiles throughout, and introduced a dedicated study alcove with acoustic consideration. Lighting was designed in layers to serve both daytime functionality and evening warmth.

Outcome

Renovation completed within the 12-week timeline. The client described the new space as "unrecognisably better." The open kitchen-living area has become the functional centre of daily home life. Natural light increased by approximately 35% through strategic mirror placement and layout changes.

Challenge

A couple in Damansara had purchased their first home — a three-bedroom terrace house — and had no prior renovation experience. They had a general aesthetic in mind but no language to describe it, and were uncertain about where to begin.

Approach

Starting with a Design Inquiry & Briefing session, we developed a reference collection that helped articulate what they were drawn to. This led naturally into the full design engagement, anchored in a calm, Japandi-influenced palette with locally sourced rattan accents.

Outcome

The full project — from briefing to final styling — took 14 weeks. The clients moved in on schedule and came back six months later to commission a study room addition. Budget was met with a 3% contingency used for one procurement substitution.

Challenge

A small café in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail needed a full interior refresh to match a new brand identity. The space was 650 sq ft, the owner had a clear aesthetic direction but needed spatial planning and material specification to make it buildable within budget.

Approach

We redesigned the seating layout for better flow and capacity, specified materials that balanced the brand's warmth with the practical demands of a café environment, and created a feature wall treatment that became a key visual element without significant cost.

Outcome

The café opened on schedule and within the agreed budget. The owner noted a measurable increase in average time-spent per customer in the first month after reopening, which they attributed directly to the improved atmosphere and seating arrangement.
