A complete design service — floor plans, material palettes, lighting choreography, furniture curation, and photorealistic 3D renders, all presented as a narrative design document with two revision phases.

Attentive oversight throughout the renovation process — contractor management, procurement coordination, site quality reviews, and a final styling session when the work is complete.

The Interior Design & Visual Narrative service typically spans 6–10 weeks, depending on scope. Renovation Stewardship runs for the duration of construction, generally 8–16 weeks. We'll give you a more precise estimate after the briefing stage.
Yes, and many clients do. Starting with a briefing session, moving into the full design phase, and then engaging us for renovation stewardship gives you continuous support from concept to completion. We'll discuss what makes sense for your project.
We can work with contractors you've already engaged, or help you identify suitable ones. During the Renovation Stewardship phase, we manage contractor coordination directly so you're not caught in the middle of technical conversations.
We're based in Mont Kiara and work across the Klang Valley — including Bangsar, Damansara, KLCC, Ampang, and surrounding areas. We're happy to discuss projects in other parts of Malaysia on a case-by-case basis.
